Last wednesday Kookai celebrated their 20th birthday in Australia at the Sydney Opera House with their Spring/Summer runway show. The show was opened by the divine Nicole Trunfio who flew in from New York to take part in the celebrations. Ilona Novacek, fellow Kookai brand ambassador also joined Nicole in kickstarting the festivities. Held in the Northern Foyer of the Opera House, the split level runway was decked out with an amazing Grandiflora floral arrangement that complimented the colours of the collection perfectly. The SS2012 collection Arabesque showcased an array of beautiful modern and chic designs that entwined a bold and vibrant Moroccan twist. Guests sipped on Laurent-Perrier champagne and enjoyed a Moroccan influenced canapé menu exclusively designed by the ever so talented Matt Moran of restaurant, Aria.
