Triangle Walks // Fever Ray

This morning I listened to Gotye's new song called 'Somebody that I used to know' featuring the lovely Kimbra and both the song and video clip are amazingly raw and their coalescence works so well together.  Everytime I hear a Gotye song it gives me the chills as I think back to watching his extraordinary live performances at Groovin The Moo and front row at St Jeromes Laneway. Kimbra & Gotye are an incredible combination that you would not of guessed beforehand. The reflection of gotye's lyrical genius works hand in hand with the literal transition process portrayed in the clip of the two growing apart and the seperation from each others worlds. Although kimbra's part within this song is minimal, each artist sings of 'their side of the story' and when combined make this song so addictive, resulting in me constantly having this song on repeat all afternoon. In recognition of this great video clip filled with pastel colours, triangular shapes, body painting and minimalistic colours, here are some other images that also incorporate these features and creative aspects.
