Last week ASOS held a series of events in celebration of an Australian exclusive
preview of their Spring/Summer '13 collection. The concept was entitled ASOS 'In Your World' and involved being able to shop the collection exclusively through ASOS.com/AU as well as through a 'Scan-To-Shop' app at each of the events. Genius! On Wednesday I ventured over to the Sydney Opera House for the Salon Collection Launch and had the opportunity to drool over all the amazing pieces front row and catch a glimpse of it all firsthand. The collection consisted of a variety of different styles that involved embellishment, coloured lace, cut-out features, delicate embroidery and appliqué finishes all heavily inspired by vintage pieces. I am an absolute crazy person when it comes to texture, embellishment and basically all things sparkly so I definitely thought I was in my own version of Utopia.

Why is it called British India?
ReplyDeleteWould wear everything!
ReplyDeleteThe title is the song 'House Party' by the band British India. The title is always a song that has to do with the post e.g 'House' Party and the runway show was held at the Opera 'House'
ReplyDeleteArianne
