Believe it or not but the pink colour scheme throughout these photographs was actually purely acidental but I was very much happy to oblige! These photographs are the perfect examples of the lovely colour inspiration that has surrounded me in the last week, which is what influenced the outfit in the second photograph. All the incredibly colourful and bold hued flowers that have been in full bloom ever since the weather brightened up have become my go to for visual colour inspiration. I've always thought pink, red and orange were the perfect combination for colour blocking due to its romantic and feminine feel as well as the contrast. How quirky and cool is the artwork in the second last picture? I found it in a little op shop within my hometown and have been amazed by it since. Inside the glass is coloured sand, some sort of oil and coloured water which moves when you tilt it, similar to a lava lap. I tie dyed the pink singlet a long time ago and it's one of my favourites, I think tie dying in the sunshine again will become a must this Summer. The last picture sums up a few of my favourite things from last week, a box of amazing authentic rose turkish delight, freshly picked home grown flowers and beeswax candles from Beechworth.
Outfit // Pink self tie dyed singlet, Bobby Dazzlers red pleated skirt, Vintage burberry sidebag, Thrifted silver torque necklace, 101 dalmations dog watch from disneyland, diva ring.
